One day or every day: the translation is on us.
A three-day conference or a cathedral broadcasting every morning. We build the whole thing — the sound, the rooms, an app with your name on it and someone watching — and you do not have to learn or install anything.
A real sample from the Cathedral of Santiago
Our kit in the room, the audio going out to the engine and the translation arriving on the phone of whoever is listening. Over five hours straight, in one of the most hostile acoustic environments there is.
Where it fits
If somebody is speaking and somebody else does not follow the language, it fits. These are the places that call us.
Hotels
Ballrooms, conventions and guests from twelve countries at the same working breakfast.
Conferences
Speakers flown in from abroad and an audience with no obligation to speak English.
Churches and cathedrals
Services and visits where half the nave does not speak the language being used.
Institutions and councils
Sessions that have to be followable — and on the record — in more than one language.
Training and classrooms
Courses and lectures where language cannot be the entry filter.
Trade shows
A stage, a lot of people passing through and no time at all to explain how anything works.
For whoever is listening: a QR and that is it
One event, one code, and forget about everything else. The attendee points the camera — at the programme, at a screen, at the pew or at the hotel desk — and that same code both lets them in and installs the app.
Point at the code
With the phone camera. The same QR gets them in and installs the app: nothing to hunt for in the store and no address to type.
Pick their language
Out of fourteen. Each their own, and they can switch halfway through without leaving the room.
Read it or listen to it
The app does both: the text as it is being spoken, and the translated voice. To listen they need headphones — their own — because a phone playing out loud in a room bothers the people next to them. Without headphones, reading works just as well.
And the app they install is yours: your name, your logo and your colours. Where people come back — a parish, a hotel, an institution — they already have it and go straight in without looking for the code.
One code and that’s it
No app, no account.

Who does what
Us
- Go to the venue, look at the room and talk to whoever runs the sound.
- Set up the kit and hook it into what you already have.
- Prepare the app, the rooms and the languages.
- Test the whole thing before the day.
- Stay on it while it runs.
You
- Tell us what the event is and which languages you need.
- Talk.
Two ways to have it
Some stay in place and some get packed up. We build both.
Permanent installation
The kit stays. That is what the Cathedral of Santiago is: it lives there, it gets switched on when needed and nothing has to be set up again. For anything that repeats — a service every Sunday, a council session every month, a hotel with conventions all year.
- Installed once and left in place.
- Switch it on and it works, with none of us there.
- Maintenance and updates are on us.
Temporary setup
Built for the event and packed up afterwards. Three days of conference: we set it up the day before, we test it, it runs, and when it ends we take it away and you are left with nothing to maintain.
- Set up the day before and tested in the room.
- We are there while it runs.
- Packed up at the end: nothing of yours is left.
What we build for you
This is not software you buy and learn. It is a setup, and we are the ones who do it.
An app with your name
Your logo, your colours and your name on the store listing. Whoever opens it sees yours, not ours.
Rooms, and private rooms
An open room for the public and code-protected rooms for what is not public. People join from their phone with the same code.
The sound, sorted
From your desk to the engine: over SRT, over WebRTC, down a cable or through a laptop microphone. We leave it talking to what you already own.
Custom development
If something you need does not exist — a screen, an overlay, a hook into your own software — we build it. That is the part no price list can hold.
Someone watching on the day
Not a manual and not a ticket number: a person, making sure it works, from the moment the room opens until it closes.
Your own control panel
You create rooms, print the QR codes, change the languages and see what has been used — you, whenever you want, without calling us. We build it; the day-to-day is yours.
How it starts
You tell us
What the event is, when, how many people and which languages. That is almost everything we need.
We send a quote
Fixed, in writing, with what it covers named plainly. If something is not covered, that is named too.
We build it and test it first
It never premieres on the day. It gets tested in the room, on your sound, before anyone arrives.
This has no price list: it has a quote
No two events are the same. The price depends on the hours, the languages, whether we have to travel and how much has to be built. What there is, is a fixed number before we start and no surprises after.
Would you rather set it up yourself and pay by the minute? That is integrations, and it has public pricing.

Four details and we will tell you whether we can do it and what it costs. We answer within 48 hours.
Tell us what you have and we will tell you how it is done
Even if it is three weeks away. Events come together in less time than people think.
