MEETING MINUTES

What was said, and what cannot be lost

While the meeting happens, the minutes write themselves: they flag the risk, the objection, the commitment and the decision, each with the minute it was said. When the room closes it is a document you download as text, markdown or JSON. Nobody has to take notes or listen to the recording again.

From the room to your inbox

Teams plans for professionals and teams

They are bought on Microsoft AppSource, and not per person: there are no seats or licences to hand out. If twenty people are in the meeting, all twenty get translation — your own people and guests from outside, with no account and at no cost to them. What gets spent is credits: silence does not count, and each language is 2 credits per spoken minute, counting them all, the one being spoken included. In Teams you have exactly the same tools as in the Liora Flow app —notes, summaries, document and audio translation— and they come out of the same balance: there is no Teams plan with less inside.

The figure on each card is the available translation time into two languages, without notes. Credits are the internal unit: other languages, subtitles and notes change the usage.

The highlighted minutes are spoken minutes translated into two languages, without notes: silence is not counted and does not consume minutes. Subtitles and meeting notes are optional services: activate them from the web and they use additional credits from the same balance.

Let's talk

based on volume and needs

When you need more volume, more people translating at once or specific conditions inside Microsoft Teams.

Talk to us

€0.80 per additional minute, with two languages and no notes. The trial ends when the balance runs out or the time limit is reached, whichever comes first.

How far do your credits go?

Choose what you will use. The same balance gives you different minutes or characters depending on the product.

30 spoken minutes

Shared balance: these are alternative uses, not separate allowances.

Credits belong to the cycle and do not roll over. The cycle counts from the day you signed up, not from the first of the month, and restarts on each renewal.

No seats and no per-person licences: being in the meeting is enough. Your own people translate and so do guests from outside, with no account and at no cost to them. The only ceiling is simultaneity: 50 people from the organisation translating at the same time. If you need more, it can be raised: write to us.

Going over does not cut the translation: Microsoft bills the excess at your plan's rate in their store. You are warned when you go over, and you can set a cap if you would rather it never happened. During Microsoft's free trial there is no overage: when the month's credits run out it stops until billing starts.

What's included

Every Liora Flow subscription includes the full real-time translation experience.

Real-time translation

Sub-1s latency translation directly inside Microsoft Teams meetings.

15 languages

They all come out of the same audio at once, and each person picks their own. From Arabic to Chinese, both ways.

Privacy guaranteed

On-premise inference. Meeting audio never leaves a controlled environment.

No audio storage

Audio is processed in real time and discarded immediately. Nothing is retained after the session ends.

Translating is optional

A room can translate, subtitle, or do both. What never happens is the same sentence being translated and subtitled: it is translated when there is somebody to translate for, and subtitled when there is not.

Subtitling without translating costs 1.25 credits per spoken minute and does not multiply per language, because what you see is what is said. And it is decided sentence by sentence: turn translation on halfway through and what came before still counts as subtitles.

Subtitles are always seen in the meeting, kept or not. Keeping is a different thing and the account decides it, not the meeting: what is said is kept for fifteen days and then destroyed.

Translate

COMES WITH THE TEXT

Text

TURNS ITSELF ON

translated voicetextminutes

Voice and text, and the minutes when you are done.

No text, no minutes: the room isn’t created.

  • Translating already brings the text

You cannot translate without first recognising what is said, so a room that translates is already producing the text. It is not a separate product: it comes with the translation.

  • And you can subtitle without translating

That is the council meeting held entirely in one language: there is nobody to translate for, and the text is needed all the same. And also the room that translates and where, today, everybody speaks the same — with both switched on it subtitles while they share a language, and moves to translating on its own the moment somebody else walks in.

  • What you cannot do is keep it with neither

No text, no minutes, and it is refused rather than leaving you a room that says it keeps and keeps nothing.

Headphones are not a suggestion

Without them, the translation coming out of the speaker goes straight back into the microphone and the system translates its own output. It is not a courtesy recommendation: it is a loop, and it is room physics — on a laptop the speaker and the microphone are a hand's width apart. With headphones the return path does not exist.

Besides translating

Translating is what happens while people speak. This is what happens around it, and it comes out of the same minutes: no separate plan, no new bill.

Six people at a meeting table: some wear headphones to hear it in their own language, others do not need them.

The notes, when it ends

A document with what was decided, who takes each task and the minute it was said. It joins the queue when the room closes and reaches you by email.

The words of your house

The names only used here: people, streets, references. Written once, so the engine stops swapping them for others that sound similar.

A button if something goes wrong

If the machine translates something it shouldn't, one tap says so. It works without an account, and neither the surrounding conversation nor the audio is sent.

How Liora Flow licensing works

A Liora Flow subscription is bought per organisation through Microsoft AppSource, and it belongs to the meeting organiser: when somebody from your company organises a Teams meeting, every participant — including guests from other companies and external attendees — can translate under that subscription, with no individual licence and no limit on how many they are. You only need a subscription of your own if you want to organise translated meetings yourself. For technical enquiries, write to support@lioraflow.com.

Already have it and something is wrong?

The subscription rules, what each refusal message means, the panel guide and what to do when something fails are all on the support page.

Getting Started

Follow these steps to start translating your Microsoft Teams meetings in real time.

1

Install in your Meeting

Join or create a Microsoft Teams meeting. In the top meeting toolbar, click the "+" (Add an app) button. Search for "Liora Translation" in the app catalog and click "Save". You only need to do this once per meeting — it stays available for all participants.

2

Open the Liora Flow Panel

During the meeting, click the Liora Flow icon in the right-side toolbar. A panel will open on the right side of your screen. Sign-in is automatic — Liora Flow uses your Microsoft account (SSO). No extra accounts needed.

3

Choose Language & Voice

In the panel, open the language dropdown and select the language you want the meeting translated into. Then select your preferred translation voice: Male or Female. This preference is saved automatically for future meetings.

4

Start Translating

Click "Start Translation" and wait for the status badge to show "Connected". The translated audio and subtitles will start appearing immediately. Teams audio is automatically muted so you don't hear the original and translation at the same time.

How It Works

When you connect, Liora Flow processes meeting audio in real time through an AI pipeline that delivers translated voice and subtitles in milliseconds.

1

Participant speaks in their language — audio is captured directly from the Teams meeting.

2

Liora Flow AI processes the speech: transcription, language detection, translation and voice synthesis.

3

Translated voice plays in your chosen language — two independent volume sliders let you control translation volume and original audio volume separately.

4

Real-time subtitles appear in the panel — each speaker is assigned a unique color for easy identification. Source and target language are shown for each subtitle.

5

You can download the meeting's transcript from the panel, in the formats it offers, whenever it is being kept. When you disconnect, Teams audio is automatically restored.

The words only used in your house

An organisation's own names — people, streets, references, job titles — are exactly what a general model has never heard, and where it fails: it swaps them for an ordinary word that sounds similar. Write them once and they stop failing. You write them in the room and they hold for all its meetings.

  • It is a list, not training: you write it and it works from the first sentence.
  • It collects nothing. Not your audio, not your text, not one second of anything.
  • And it is included. Not an extra plan, not a line on the bill.
